6.1.1 DOMESTIC MAIL — THE USE OF CASH PAYMENT MARKS
Concessionary postage rates, with discounts ranging up to 60% according to volume, were available for cash prepaid, bulk sendings of printed matter of the same size and weight. Such mail was endorsed OPŁACONO GOTÓWKĄ (paid in cash) plus a percentage figure indicating the proportion of normal postage payable, not the discount. In case the minimum amount was not sent, the normal postal rates could be paid in cash.
