Type II cancel, with Berlin C-2 receiving cancel. Postage due on cover of 40 pfg . with postage due obligation sticker. Distance flown 1425 km., in 11 hours. Plane landed at South Hampton. Pioted by Blankenburg. Backstamped, Danzig August 11, 1932 with 40 pfg. postage due stamp of Danzig. Penciled notice at right indicated, “Could not be found”. It is assumed that this ended up at the “Dead Letter” office.
