>> REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITION "GDANSK 1000" 1997

21. Without the approval of the Organizational Committee of the Exhibition the item cannot be withdrawn from the exhibition before the exhibition is over. During the duration of the exhibition no changes can be done.

22. Every exhibitor will receive a set of souvenir publications publIshed by the Organizational Committee of the Exhibition and a memento medal.

23. On the area of the exhibition natural persons can neither trade with philatelic values nor do any stamp change transactions.

The right to sell post stamp and philatelic valuer exclusively possess:
a) post stands
b) stands of the Organizational Committee of the Exhibitor
c) other institutions entitled by the OCE.

24. In the time the exhibition lasts there are the following associated events foreseen:
a) A plenary full session of the Headquarters of the Polish Philatelic Association 16 - 17 1997.
b) a meeting of Gdansk Interest Clubs - Harine People Club, Club of the Gdansk Region and the Section of St. Gabriel on 17 August 1997.

25. The matters not decided in these Regulations are decided by the Organizational Committee of the Exhibition.

26. By signing the application the exhibitors state that they know the rules of this Regulations and declare to preserve these rules and the Instructions issued on their basis by the authorities and organs of the Organizational Committee of the Exhibition.

27. The proper organs of the Polish Philatelic Association are entitled to change these Regulations in written. Such changes as for as they concern the rights and obligations of the exhibitors, will be given to public information.
