City Danzig - Miasto Gdańsk; Essays, Proofs and Un-issued Stamps.

Ocober 16, 1921. The first semi-postal for Tuberculosis week, shows St. George slaying the dragon and included a surcharge double the face value. Designed by Prof. Berthold Hellingrath and printed by Julius Sauer, Danzig by leterpress on vertical honeycomb watermarked paper (Wz. 2X).

- 30 + 30 Pfennig, Imperforate.
- 60 + 60 Pfennig, Imperforate.
- 1.20 + 1.20 Mark, Imperforate.

All three values appeared in imperforate format in the same colours as issued on vertical honeycomb watermarked paper (Wz. 2X).
