International Air-Post-Exhibition.
Danzig 21. - 31. Juli 1932.
Exhibition conditions for the Luposta 1932.
7. Ehibitors are obliged to give information of awards already obtained with their entry forms.
8. All entered exhibits must remain at the Exhibition from July 10th. to 15th. marked 'Ausstellungsgut'. An exact index of contence must be enclosed with the consignment and a copy lodged with the Direction of the Exhibition.
9. Personal delivery and fetching of the exhibit must be arranged well in advance with the Direction of the Exhibition.
10. Exhibits will be returned in the manner required by the exhibitor. Packing material, addressed labels and postage have to be send to the the Direction of the Exhibition.
11. Collections wich have been awarded a higher recognition 'Great Golden Medal' at any Exhibition acknowledged by the Fédération International de Philatélie will have to be exhibited in the Class of Honour.
12. All collections wich have received a Gold Medal, or a corresponding award during the last 6 years at any acknowledged International Exhibition must be entered in the 'Master-Class'.
13. The same conditions apply to all exhibits entered hors concours.
14. Anything exhibited must belong to the exhibitor.
Anything 'lent' must be so marked.
15. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any exhibit without explanation.
16. All exhibits remain at the disposal of the 'Luposta' for the duration of the Exhibition. Exibitors are not allowed to remouve anything.
