Exhibition conditions for the 'Luposta 1932'.
17. The 'Luposta' does not hold istself responsible for any exhibits, but on the other hand will be pleased to arrange inssurance at a special for the exhibitor.
18. An international Jury will be called by the Direction of the Exhibition and will consist of specialists of the airmail science. The Jury will nominate its own President and nothing will be decided without a majority vote. The decisions of the Jury will be final.
19. Members of the jury can only exhibit hors concours.
20. The Jury will publish its findings and issue the list of the awards.
21. All exhibits will be judged according to the terms of the Jury as laid down by the 'Fédération Internationale de Philatelie'.
22 a. The following awards will be available for competition;
- Gold plaquette, Gold Medals, Silver-gilt medals, Bronze Medals, Diplomas.
The golden plaquettes are disposed for the Master class, Classes 1-8 have Gold rank. For Junior exhibits diplomas and stampprizes are provided. Fot Classes 10-12 silver-gilt medals.
22 b. A special certificate will be given to every exhibitor who has not been awarded a prize by the Jury. These certificates are being presented by the 'Luposta'.
23. Prizes can be given for special Classes at the descretion of the Jury.
24. Presented medals etc. will be dealt with by the Direction of the Exhibition.
25. In the event of any dispute arising, the Direction is empowered to come to a decision; for othet matters only the tribunal of Danzig will be competent.
26. Every exhibitor must agree to thr conditions of the Exhibition as here given.
- We request to demand forms of notification from the Direction of the Exhibition.
