5 . No . 130 V Wedge-shaped gouged upper left of  “3”, and bottom of blue-green acroIl is damaged (Field 100).
6. The full sheet on the next page shows two inconsistencies:
a. Field 90 does not contain a gouged plate as expected;
b. Field 100 does not contain either the wedge or the damaged scroll as expected.
