The coat of arms on the cover of this eport is in Bud’s honor. It is printed in gold, silver and orange ink as part of a propaganda card as shown at :he right. The postally used cards of this type are usually a bit more difficult to find than mint. The example below is similar in desigr. to the other but was put into a mail box on Septemter 25, ‘39
