The hand— stamp “With Air Mail For warding by Munich Post Of fice 2” shows on the rt. side. Michaelis’ “Flugpost — Teil 1” doesn’t spot any special ones to Munich or Salzburg. Any suggestions from the experts

Bill sends this 17.1.30 cover with “Conference de la I-laye” stamp to consulate in Danzig. Is this a special flight or what is the story behind the cover?
