Zeppelin flight promotion of the Exhibit, Luposta 1932, Danzig.

Zeppelin Mail.
The mail which was carried on the airship Graf Zeppelin on its three flights for Luposta have a special value. They are listed in the Sieger Zeppelin Catalog under the Numers 169 and 170;
No. 169 A; Delivery in Friedrichshafen and onboard mail for the outwart trip to Danzig.
No. 169 B; Delivery to Friedrichshafen and onboard mail over Danzig to drop over Rönne (Bornholm).
No. 169 C; Onbord mail from the return trip, Danzig-Friedrichshafen.
No. 170A a; Delivery to Danzig for the cruise to Rönne.
No. 170 Ab; Delivery to Danzig for the complete cruise back to Danzig.
No. 170 B; Delivery to Danzig for the return trip to Friedrichshafen.
Most of the mail delivered in Danzig carried of course, stamps from Danzig. There are also a few foreign mailings, on which the following notes were mentioned;
"Cruise from Danzig or return trip from Danzig (170 A, 170 B). Much more foreign mail from the trips 169 A and 169 B is available, not only from Germany bus also from several European contries where the people, in an extensive way, reacted to the call of the Exhibition Committee of Danzig. On the other hand, the post pieces from Danzig of the outward trip are rarely found. On the contrary, the Zeppelin carried mountains of mail to the onboard post office. The other Zeppelin transports are probably only for collectors."
