Just about every phase of postal services included a reference to WHW. In Germany, the final stamp in the annual series depiced a mother and child. The stamp was released. on 1st Sept.. 1943. to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the start of Winierhilfswerk, and the tariff was 12 + 38 Pfg.
