Figure 36 -Letter taStutthof Lager from 3romberg (now ydgoszcz) with handstamp ‘n Ab6ender zurOck”(return to sender). The reason is stamped on the back: “zurzwc/ ör/dc in Monat zu/ä66%” (only two letters per month allowed).
Figure 37 - Same handstamp demanding return is on front, but the reasoni for this is handwritten on back: “zurzwei Briefe in Monat zuIaoiq’
Figure 38’ - Sent to Stutthof where it was opened by censor “Amtiohc 9eoffnet Po6tzen5ur6tdllc K.L.Stutthof The censor wrote on the back: “Ein/a9en verboten”(hot allowed to send something in addition to the letter), and he put another cancel: “an AbenderzurOck’ The reason is mentioned in the text on the back. The letter was probably delivered on the second try.
