Figure 39 - A most unusual cover, in fact, the only one known that was sent to Kaiserwald prison camp in Riga. The blue rubber-stamped message at the bottom-right shows that (zU9c/asacn) permission is granted to allow camp administrator 3 (Iaqcr vcrwaltunq .3,1 to receive this piece of mail. It was mailed from the Ukraine in November, 1943.
