Welcome to another year of Danzig Reports. We are happy to say that there are 6o members around the world who are ardent fans of that tiny spot on the Baltic Sea. Our regrets go out to those who are affected by the strong $; we experienced the same feeling several years ago when the Pound was at $2.40 and it was difficult to purchase overseas.

We ran out of space in the last issue and could\'n texpress our thanks to Bill Ruh for his excellent 26- page article on the Provisional Coil Stamps. This was quite a study, and we have several additional examples on the next page from John Whiteside. We are most grateful to Bill for his huge efforts.
