Here we are concerned with a special airmail stamp in miniature sheet form for the occasion of “Daposta” 1937 (Danziger Postwertzejchen-Ausstel].ung) [Danzig Postage Stamp Exhibition]. Sheet size 158 x 105mm. designed by W. Lütcke. Watermark horizontal webbing. Perforated 14. Stamps removed from the sheet were also valid.

Stamps of this issue “on piece” attract a considerable premium in price over loose stamps, whilst those on flown covers go for appreciably more again.
Beware ! The ink of no.37 is soluble in water.
