Nine more Yards:
Let's be honest about this series of stamps, created by Designer Buchholtz and Julius Sauer. Would you'v bought them in the post office, taken them home, and torn them apart to pay the postage to the local Gas & Electric Co.? More than likely, you went to the local frame shop to find one that would fit the size of these sheets. Ripping them apart would not answer the desires of the true Philatelist.
Average sheet size:
192 mm wide x 179 mm high.
Watermarks of both X and Y dimensions are known in this series.
Otherwise, the only variations are in the ink's color varieties listed in the Michel catalog.
