DESIGN: Same design and color as No. 66-71.
DISTINCTION: Change in (a) watermark; (b) only No. 118 has gray network underprinting. Roulette perf of No. 116-118 same as No. 70 and 71.
PERFORATION: 14 on No. 112-115. WÃTERMARK: No. 3Y  horizontal webbing, used for the first time on this issue.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Color value changes from light to dark.
2. No. 1181 - without network.
3. Ruberg lists ink offsets from 1 to 2 Mk cost in 1929.
4. Plate and perforation errors; some shown below.
