St. George’s Hall

Our final lookat the cliches illustrates the St. George’s Hall stamp (Mi. 258) and the 50 Pfg. air mail stamp. Notice the deep concave cuts into the zinc plate, with rich detail and beautiful lettering. The strip of air mail cliches must be fron Column 9 of the plate, since that is where DM 45,00 would fall.
