On Nov. 1, 1920 the third issue values were released. The six different values were the same as the earlier issue except that the burelage color was changed from greenish-gray to lilac-gray to make it easier to see. These are the re-issued values with the Lilac-grey burelage with points-up, with color variations of the 1 Mark, 1 1/4 Mark, 2 Mark, 3 Mark and 10 Mark values.
