Free City Danzig; The Germania Burelage Issue.
10 Mark black on 7½ (Pf) reddish-orange with double greenish-grey burelage with points up, both shifted to the right
2 Mark blue on 35 (Pf) reddish-brown with lilac-grey burelage with points-up. Bottom third of stamp did not receive the burelage underprint.
1¼ M burgundy-red on 3 (Pf) yellow-brown with double greenish-grey burelage with points-up, with plate flaw showing broken upper cap of "G" of DANZIG (from position 20 on sheet).
10 Mark black on 7½ (Pf) reddish-orange with double greenish-grey burelage with points up, with plate flaw showing "g" of Danzig cut off on bottom (from position 70 on sheet).
Varieties, including Plate flaws and shifts occurred with the basic burelage issues as well with the double burelage issues.
1 MARK black on 30 (Pf) reddish-orange/black with greenish-grey burelage with points-up. With triple burelage.
10 Mark black on 7½ (Pf) reddish-orange with lilac-grey burelage with points-down with clear triple printing of the burelage. Both are top-margin pairs from positions 1/10 and 3/13. These examples are probably from the same sheet.
Triple burelage occasionally occurred as these examples from the second and third issue clearly show.
