Figure 4-A 1928 post card from Braunschweig to Zoppot became separated from its stamp, if it ever existed. Zoppot authorities stamped the face with the 32-pt. 1’ purple hand-stamp and then franked the card with one 20-pfg Danzig postage-due stamp. The Zoppot date is 27.6.28, one day after the Braunschwig cancel. Note that the Zoppot clerk first wrote the T 20 blue crayon design by hand before stamping the t. and then the 20-pfg stamp and cancel.

Figure 5 - Numerous correspondence can often be found in the bourse, which was mailed by the Polish Bank Handlowy w Worszawie to its Gdansk office. Almost all will exhibit postage due stomps due to the lack of Polish stamps from its Warsaw origination point. In spite of the two 1921-series 25-mark stamps, overprinted, a blue crayon 15 indicated that the 5 + lopfg stamps were to be added, with a DANZIG * 1 * cancel dated 21.1.24.
