SPECIAL  CONDITIONS
1. No. 124 X, 125 X, 126 X, 127 X & 128 X are known to have vertical webbing watermarks (3 X).
2. No. 1231 through 1291 are known without network.
3. No. 124 Z is known to exist with Watermark 4. Only 200 were printed as such.
4. No. A 124 is similar to No. 109 h, except with horizontal watermark (3 Y). Only 200 are thought to have been printed. Ruberg numbers this stamp as “109 A¨
