1¼ M burgundy overprint on 3 (Pf) brown with greenish-grey burelage with points up from the second issue.
The first issue was printed over a light-grey burelage which was sometimes very lightly printed. This was difficult to see and because of this, on the second issue it was changed to a greenish-grey color that was more visible. Both the first and second issues were first sold at post office counters on August 20, 1920.

The second issue was overprinted over burelage that was greenish-grey with points-up and with points-down. The third issue was overprinted over burelage that was changed to violet-grey to make it easier to see. Here are examples of both, with burelage with points-up and with points-down. The violet-grey burelage issue appeared at post offices on November 1, 1920.
